Herculis Tokens SA Details How XAUH Brings Gram-Sized Gold into Everyday Crypto Wallets

PANAMA CITY, Panama, 29th Oct, 2026 – Herculis Tokens SA has revealed how it has created a gold coin, called Herculis Gold Coin (XAUH), that allows users to own, transfer, and spend gold in fractions of a gram.

Every XAUH token equals one gram of LBMA 999.9 bullion kept in Swiss vaults. A wallet balance therefore reads directly as a weight of gold. Users can purchase, store, or transfer as little as 0.01 grams, and can move it between wallets on the Ethereum, TRON, or TON platforms at any time.

A Gram as the Basic Unit

There is a tendency to start large with gold products. The typical LBMA bar is 400 troy ounces. Futures contracts are large contracts with fixed expiry dates, and ETF buyers purchase whole shares.

XAUH’s entry point is on the other side. Since each token equals one gram, the owner can compare the value of the tokens’ holdings to the spot price per gram. In September 2026, the top two token data aggregators, CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap, reported 15,500 tokens in circulation, which is 15.5 kilograms of gold. The market value was almost $2.1 million.

Supply follows deposits. Herculis says it issues tokens only against bullion held in custody, so the supply has no fixed cap, but every token is tied to one gram of gold in the vaults.

Designed for Transfers and Payments

The company created the token to be transferable. A holder may transfer a portion of a balance to a friend or relative, just as one does with any other crypto asset. The cost of each transfer is 0.02% of the transaction amount, plus the network fee.

According to Herculis, network fees on TON run only a few cents per transfer. Ethereum is also considerably more expensive, making small transfers burdensome.

This leaves us with a few practical applications. Individuals can save in gold rather than in a weak local currency. They are able to pay anyone who will accept the token. They can also trade it on BTSE, Biconomy.com, STON.fi, and Uniswap V2 at any time. Herculis plans to cooperate with Frankencoin, a Swiss stablecoin, and Morpho, a decentralized lending protocol.

Where the Gold Comes From

The bullion is refined at PX Precinox SA in Neuchâtel. Customers who pass the identity checks can tokenize their own LBMA 999.9 bars produced by the refinery and receive one XAUH token for each gram. A tokenization fee of 0.3% applies to the total number of XAUH tokens that Herculis mints.

Herculis House, Brink’s, and Loomis are the three custodians. The issuer claims the gold is allocated to a specific bar and is insured at fair market value. Any holder pays no annual storage or insurance fee.

The reserve was verified on 28 August 2026 by KPMG SA. Its team counted 15.5 kilograms on hand and compared the bars with 18 PX Precinox certificates, matching the serial numbers. The work was conducted as an agreed-upon-procedures engagement in accordance with Swiss Auditing Standard 920. It was not an audit, and it included only one date.

Getting Physical Gold Back

KYC-verified customers holding at least 500 tokens can redeem them for bars in multiples of 500. The fee is 3% for a 500-gram redemption and 1% for redemptions of 1 kilogram or more. Shipping costs extra. With smaller balances, the market can be sold instead on an exchange.

Practical Steps and Risks

Herculis’ recommendation to a buyer is to select a network first. Tokens sent to the wrong wallet (address) may not be recoverable, and an Ethereum balance cannot be spent on TON without a swap or bridge. A small test transfer, an offline copy of the seed phrase, and a check of the contract address on CoinGecko before sending are standard precautions.

The token is still small, so buyers and sellers may find limited liquidity and wider spreads. Herculis Tokens SA has implemented the AML/CFT framework and is reporting to the Financial Analysis Unit (FAU) in the Republic of Panama. That is not a regulator’s determination; it’s the company’s own. The full terms are outlined in the XAUH whitepaper, and buyers can purchase directly from xauh.gold.

About Herculis Group and Herculis Tokens SA

The group’s tokenization is managed by Herculis Tokens SA, which is registered in Panama City. XAUH is its first product.
