Veeva Launches Falcon Router Agent For Biopharma

· Nasdaq Market Structure

(RTTNews) - Veeva Systems Inc. (VEEV), which provides cloud-based software for the life sciences industry, announced Veeva Falcon Router, an industry-specific agent designed to identify and route potential safety adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries to the right teams.

Falcon Router is designed to automate the sorting and routing of cases for biopharma companies of all sizes, eliminating the need for manual reconciliation. It assesses and sorts information, then automatically sends it to the appropriate system, such as Veeva Safety, Veeva QMS, Veeva MedInquiry, or a designated email inbox.

Falcon Router will initially collect information submitted through email and web channels, including Veeva Ostro. It will assess and sort that information, then automatically send it to the appropriate system, such as Veeva Safety, Veeva QMS, Veeva MedInquiry, or a specified email inbox.

Falcon Router is expected to be available to early adopters in January 2027. It is part of Veeva's Falcon Agent Suite, a set of agentic AI solutions designed for life sciences.

VEEV has traded between $148.05 and $310.50. The stock closed Monday's trade at $261.31, up 0.42%.
